All massages are integrated, using different techniques to customize your session according to your needs and preferences, always keeping you comfortable and relaxed for a blissful body. You begin by making an appointment. Your session will start with a brief consultation, a review of symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. A typical massage therapy session is between 50 and 60 minutes. During your session, the stress and tension of your everyday life will literally melt away. Upon finishing your journey, relax with a bottle of ice cold water on the deck under the shade trees or lounging in our hammock.
